Located in Hanover, Germany, (the largest fairground – worldwide), we have served some of the most successful and known companies, banks, and agencies in Germany and Europe. Please refer to our blog for the variety of companies we worked for and still do on a regular basis.

We are specialized in the mobile trade fair and event catering services (such as a juice bar, Smoothie Bar, Coffee Bar or Cocktail Bar) and have since served more than 500 companies with our drink catering services all across Germany, and even in France, Spain, Holland, Austria & Switzerland.

We arrive with our mobile bars, set them up at your stand or event, and prepare all fresh drinks directly at the stand/event. Since we offer our trade fair catering services in Germany and all over Europe, we have no problem with internationally speaking customers.

How does this work?

  1. We arrive at your booth or event location and set up our mobile bar. If you have your own bar element at the stand, we can use yours instead of bringing our own. Just let us know about this in advance please.
  2. Our professional barkeeper with bring all the equipment & ingredients necessary to make our delicious drinks for you. Be it our shakers for the cocktails, coffee machine or mixer for our smoothies: we got it all taken care of for you. When you work with us, we let you know exactly what it is we need in order to be able to work for you and then we simply take care of the rest. See it as a ‘free of worry’ package when working with us.
  3. We take care of it all so that you can concentrate on the most important person: your customer. Offer our drinks to your guests, have them take a seat with you and tell them about your services and your company.

    Kathrin Dei Giudici

    Frau Dei Giudici ist seit 2013 für die BARGASTO GmbH tätig und hat bereits zahlreiche Kunden mit ihrer freundlichen und offenen Art auf Veranstaltungen betreut. Sie kümmert sich um die Anfragen & um die komplette Betreuung vor und nach der Veranstaltung unserer Kunden.
    Seit 2014 betreut Frau Dzamastagic unsere Kunden und kümmert sich um das Marketing, unsere Social Media Präsenz und den Vertrieb. Mit ihrer herzlichen Art sorgt sie dafür, dass sich sowohl unsere nationalen als auch internationalen Kunden wohlfühlen.

    Dzenita Dzamastagic

    Seit 2014 betreut Frau Dzamastagic unsere Kunden und kümmert sich um das Marketing, unsere Social Media Präsenz und den Vertrieb. Mit ihrer herzlichen Art sorgt sie dafür, dass sich sowohl unsere nationalen als auch internationalen Kunden wohlfühlen.
    Herr Trubitz ist seit Anfang 2020 als neustes Teammitglied mit dabei. Er bringt über fünf Jahre Erfahrung hinter der Theke mit. Seine Leidenschaft liegt im Cocktail/Smoothie-Bereich, mit welchem er unsere Kunden auf zahlreichen Messen und Events jede Woche unterstützt.

    Maximilian Trubitz

    Herr Trubitz ist seit Anfang 2020 als neustes Teammitglied mit dabei. Er bringt über fünf Jahre Erfahrung hinter der Theke mit. Seine Leidenschaft liegt im Cocktail/Smoothie-Bereich, mit welchem er unsere Kunden auf zahlreichen Messen und Events jede Woche unterstützt.
