More about us and what we can do for you
Located in Hanover, Germany, (the largest fairground – worldwide), we have served some of the most successful and known companies, banks, and agencies in Germany and Europe. Please refer to our blog for the variety of companies we worked for and still do on a regular basis.
We are specialized in the mobile trade fair and event catering services (such as a mobile smoothie bar, mobile coffee bar or mobile cocktail bar) and have since served more than 500 companies with our drink catering services all across Germany, and even in France, Spain, Holland, Austria & Switzerland.
We arrive with our mobile bars, set them up at your stand or event, and prepare all fresh drinks directly at the stand/event. Since we offer our trade fair catering services in Germany and all over Europe, we have no problem with internationally speaking customers.
Our staff speaks English.
How does it work?
- We arrive at your booth or event location and set up our mobile bar. If you have your own bar element at the stand, we can use yours instead of bringing our own. Just let us know about this in advance please.
- Our professional barkeeper brings all the equipment & ingredients necessary to make our delicious drinks for you. Be it our shakers for the cocktails, coffee machine or mixer for our smoothies: we got it all taken care of for you. When you work with us, we simply take care of the drinks, you take care of your guests.
- We take care of it all so that you can concentrate on the most important person: your customer. Offer our drinks to your guests, have them take a seat with you and tell them about your services and your company.
Space
One bar element is about 1,50m long. We therefore need about 2mx2m space in order to place our mobile bar element and make delicious drinks for you. If we need to work on at your bar, please make sure the depth of it is at least 60cm so that all the equipment can fit on it.
Electricity
We need two regular sockets for our coffee machine and smoothie mixers. Rinsing water would be great, however, it’s not mandatory since we work with water tanks and filters (these will be placed underneath the machine). We don’t need any electricity if you only need cocktails.
Solid ground & a roof
Our mobile bars can be used indoors as well as outdoors. We do need a solid ground & a roof in order to be able to work and keep our equipment dry.
Drink selection
What would you like us to make for you and your guests? You can find our menu here. A bit about our menus: We make all coffee types on our coffee menu plus tea and hot chocolate. If you’d like a smoothie bar, please let us know the three smoothies you’d like us to make on site and as for the cocktails, please choose 5-6 different ones from our menu.

1. You don’t need to worry about bringing one or more employees to the stand, to only take care of the catering services (think about all the travel & daily expenses you would save).

You don’t have to worry about organizing all the equipment (coffee machine, cups, milk, sugar, veggies & fruits for smoothies, a mixer, etc.) and schooling your employees on how to use the equipment.
