Stand party at IAA exhibition Hanover – Rent a Cocktailbar

If you are planning a stand party at the IAA in Hanover and need help with the drinks, you have come to the right place. You are welcome to hire our mobile cocktail bar, which we will deliver directly to your stand. We can either work at your bar or bring our own – both are easily possible.

For over 20 years, we have been mixing fresh, delicious cocktails for our customers at various events and trade fairs, making every event a highlight with our colourful cocktails.

As we come directly from Hanover, the exhibition halls are practically our second home, where we know our way around.

A little tip for your planning: Be sure to announce your event at the trade fair in good time.

 

Our cocktail selection ranges from the most popular cocktails to exotic drinks. You can find our cocktail menu here. Of course, we are also happy to cater to your special wishes and plan the event according to your ideas. Our aim is for you and your trade fair guests to be completely satisfied. We use glasses for all stand parties, as they look much more professional and of a higher quality. A dishwasher is not required as we clean our glasses ourselves in our warehouse afterwards.

We bring everything with us, set up, mix delicious cocktails for you and take care of all the dismantling and cleaning of our equipment. You literally only need to provide us with the space for the cocktail bar. For a small cocktail party, we need a bartender and a bar area of approx. 1.5 metres. For larger stand parties (70 guests +) we usually come in pairs and need approx. 2.5-3 metres of counter space.

You are welcome to book additional drinks with the cocktails: Beer, wine, soft drinks & other beverages are easy to book. Simply let us know how many guests you are expecting so that we can make you a suitable offer. If you do end up drinking more than you ordered (which often happens, especially with our delicious cocktails ;-)), we still have something to cover any excess consumption.
